How do the challenges work?

Challenges are competitions and contests available in the Skitude app and in the My Skitude compatible ski resort apps which offer you the chance to compete with the rest of the community to win amazing prizes! There are two type of challenges available: Global Challenges, in which you can compete from within any ski resort, or local challenges, only available in some particular ski resorts.

“Track the highest distance or drop in a day or a season, record the highest number of skiing days, take the best selfie or action picture” are some examples of challenges you will find in the platform. No matter if you are regular skier or you only visit the slopes occasionally, there’s a challenge for you.

Prizes range from cutting edge action cameras to ski equipment, trips or ski passes amongst others.

To join the challenges you will first need a My Skitude account that you can create in Skitude app or in any compatible app.

Then you will need to go to the “Challenges” Section in the compatible app of your choice and find out which challenges are available.

CH2

All that’s left is that you join the challenge that interests you most.

CH3

Depending on the type of challenge, use the app’s tracker or geophoto feature to record your activity on the slopes.

CH4

All your activity will be stored in your My Skitude profile and will automatically be uploaded to the cloud. You can even participate offline, as it will be synchronized once you have an Internet connection.

CH5

You will be able to check the rankings for each challenge in the apps and in the “Challenges” section at www.skitude.com

When a challenge ends and we’ve drawn a winner out, we’ll let you know about it through our different channels (Facebook, Twitter and mail)
